Today, China and Japan have mostly peace, but an unsettling feeling. “Generally speaking, Chinese policy towards Japan is guided by realism” (Yang), a philosophy that is very familiar to China. The Chinese had to win help for defense against Japan so that there wouldn’t be a huge war again. China and Japan are peaceful but China’s policy towards Japan is based on realism. They are very keen on philosophy and the sort. China’s policy towards Japan is mainly like the other countries’ policies from China. They will be willing to negotiate as long as it can be proven good to their country. The US hasn’t gotten a written peace agreement saying that the Japanese definitely won’t bomb them. “The Japanese Government regrets to have to notify… it cannot but consider that it is impossible to reach an agreement through further negotiations” (ABC-CLIO). Though, the USA still trades with the Japanese.
