Preventing genocide like this would take some work; mostly because it was war-based, and the government wasn’t as humane. China and Japan are close geographically, and it would be extremely hard for them to ignore each other. Japan is actually very important to China when it come’s to the people’s needs. “As the second largest economy in the world, Japan remains a key trading partner and investor for China” (Yang), but also has a very large potential. Japan gives china links to the USA. Therefore, “Japan is important to China not only economically but also politically” (Yang). This also gives the US somewhat of an influence over China. That way, they can almost be sure they can get China and Japan to be at peace and prosperity. If we can do that, there probably will not be another genocide like this in Asia.
